Early Voting Begins in Westchester County for the 2025 General Election

White Plains, NY — Early voting for the 2025 General Election begins today, Saturday, October 25, 2025, in Westchester County. All registered voters have the opportunity to cast their ballots in person before Election Day, which falls on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

What Is Early Voting?

Early voting is a nine-day period that allows registered voters to vote in person at any of the county’s designated early voting sites before Election Day. This convenient option helps reduce Election Day lines and offers flexibility for voters with busy schedules.

Who Can Vote Early?

Every registered voter in Westchester County is eligible to vote early during this period.

When Can I Vote Early?

Early voting runs from Saturday, October 25, 2025, through Sunday, November 2, 2025.
Voting hours vary by day:

  • Saturday, October 25: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, October 26: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Monday, October 27: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Tuesday, October 28: 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.
  • Wednesday, October 29: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Thursday, October 30: 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.
  • Friday, October 31: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Saturday, November 1: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, November 2: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Where Can I Vote Early?

Voters may cast their ballots at any of the 25 designated early voting centers across Westchester County.

  • St. Gregory The Great Church – 215 Halstead Avenue, Harrison, NY
  • Mamaroneck Town Center – 740 W. Boston Post Road, Mamaroneck, NY
  • Mt. Kisco Public Library – 100 E. Main Street, Mt. Kisco, NY
  • Mt. Pleasant Community Center – 125 Lozza Drive, Valhalla, NY

How Does Early Voting Work?

The process is identical to voting on Election Day. Voters will check in, receive their ballot, and cast their vote using the same secure system. Instructions, a Voter Bill of Rights, and trained election inspectors will be available at every location to assist voters as needed.
Please note: If you vote early, you are not eligible to vote again on Election Day.

When Will Early Voting Results Be Reported?

Early voting results will be canvassed and reported after 9 p.m. on Election Night, Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

Vote by Mail or Absentee Ballot Options

  • Early Mail Ballot: Any registered Westchester voter may apply for an early mail ballot.
  • Absentee Ballot: Voters who are out of their home county, temporarily or permanently disabled, ill, caring for someone who is ill or disabled, residing in a Veterans Hospital, or detained (awaiting Grand Jury action or for a non-felony offense) may apply for an absentee ballot.
